Customized, personalized, resized, engraved, modified, gold vermeil variations, made-to-order adaptations, or other specifically requested product variations may be excluded from the legal right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European and Belgian consumer legislation.

Returns for customized or made-to-order work are therefore not accepted except in cases involving:

• substantial deviation from agreed specifications
